Bam Margera hasn’t been in the media for positive things lately after admitting to slipping into alcohol addiction after the tragic passing of his best friend- Ryan Dunn.
He’s reportedly now living the sober life thanks to help from VH1’s Dr. Jenn, and his struggles are detailed in the VH1 reality show Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn.
Though TMZ said in October that he’s been living the sober life since the show wrapped, seeing him in the state which he entered is not an easy sight. Many have said that Margera may have hit rock bottom before agreeing to be on the show.
Here are 10 quotes that chronicle Bam Margera’s transition from being a fun-loving member of the Jackass crew to a person in-need of help coping with the tragedies of life.

“It’s definitely weird, because pretty much everybody owns the Tony Hawk video game. Just going over to people’s houses and watching play me as I walk in – that’s actually happened a few times and that’s so weird. It’s like, ‘Dude, you’re playing me right now.'”
Quotes from a Bam that has seen better days:
